本文提出了一款工作在28GHz的双层多波束天线,由基片集成波导(substrate integrated waveguide,SIW)来实现。该天线的波束形成网络(beam forming network, BFN)采用双层4×4 butler矩阵结构,这不仅减小了BFN的尺寸,还简化了网络复杂度。本文用2×4缝隙天线阵作为辐射天线。仿真结果显示,BFN各端口的输出相位误差分别为13°、12°、17°、15°。该天线在不同端口馈电时,可分别实现16°、-40°、46°、-12°的波束指向,与理论计算结果基本吻合。

英文摘要:

A dual layer multibeam antenna array working in the millimeter-wave band using substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) technology is presented in this paper. The double layer beam forming network (BFN) adopt a 4×4 butler matrix, it can reduce both the size and the complexity of the BFN. A 2×4 slot antenna array is used as the radiation antenna in this paper. Simulation results show that, the output phase errors of each port of BFN are 13°, 12°, 17° and 15° respectively. The beam direction of 16°, -40°, 46° and -12° can be realized when the antenna is fed at different port, which is consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
